   I come out myself to look at your patio, slab or deck and the wall the room will join, and I walk you through the room types and what each one means for how you'll use it. You get the estimate in writing to look over at home with no pressure to book, and if you go ahead, we check whether the city or the county handles your address, take care of the permit and build it with our own crew.
